INCOME TAXES	NOTE 9 - INCOME TAXES During the three and six months ended June 30, 2018 the Company recorded an income tax provision of $0.3 million and $0.7 million, respectively, reflecting an effective tax rate of 24.3% and 24.0%, respectively. During the three and six months ended June 30, 2017 the Company recorded an income tax provision of $0.2 million and $0.5 million, respectively, reflecting an effective tax rate of 34.0% and 35.1%, respectively. The decrease in the effective tax rate was as a result of the change in corporate tax rates in December 2017.
