INCOME TAXES	INCOME TAXESDuring the three and nine months ended September 30, 2023, the Company recorded an income tax provision of $1.1 million and $3.0 million, respectively, reflecting an effective tax rate of 26.1% and 26.0%, respectively. During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022, the Company recorded an income tax provision of $2.0 million and $5.3 million, respectively, reflecting an effective tax rate of 24.5% and 24.6%, respectively.
