Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions Transactions with Accu-Trade On March 1, 2022, the Company sold its 20% ownership interests in Accu-Trade at the investment’s carrying value and no longer considers Accu-Trade a related party after the sale. The Company recognized contra-revenue of $0.1 million and cost of revenue of $1.1 million for the two months ended March 1, 2022, and recognized contra-revenue of $0.3 million and $0.6 million and cost of revenue of $1.3 million and $2.5 million for the three months and six months ended June 30, 2021, respectively, related to a software and data licensing agreement that was terminated as part of the sale. The Company had amounts due to Accu-Trade included in accounts payable at December 31, 2021 of $1.1 million. No amounts were due to Accu-Trade at June 30, 2022.
