Subsequent events	Subsequent Events On August 4, 2015, the Company and Sonic entered into a settlement agreement. Pursuant to the settlement agreement, Sonic will discontinue use of the “True Price” mark and will transfer all of its rights to that mark to the Company, and the lawsuit will be dismissed. On July 30, 2015, the Company was named as a defendant in a lawsuit filed in the Superior Court for the County of Los Angeles by numerous automotive dealers who are participating on the TrueCar platform. Refer to Note 7 herein for further details of this lawsuit.
