(JJDC), purchased $25.0 million of newly issued unregistered shares of the Company’s common stock, priced at a 30-day volume-weighted average price of $33.4197 per share as of October 1, 2021. The Company issued 748,062 shares of common stock to JJDC on November 12, 2021. The issued shares are subject to customary resale restrictions pursuant to Rule 144 of the Securities Act of 1933.
