17. Employee Benefit Plans

The Company has a 401(k) retirement plan in which substantially all of our employees in the United States are eligible to participate. Eligible employees may elect to contribute up to the maximum limits, as set by the Internal Revenue Service, of their eligible compensation. During 2018 and 2017, we made discretionary plan contributions of $139,042 and $196,373, respectively.
