Intangible Assets	Note 6 – Intangible Assets In conjunction with our decision to close our Canadian operation upon the expiration of the Protexia® contract with the DoD, we wrote off the remaining value of patents in the fourth quarter of 2010 of approximately $0.8 million. This charge is included in depreciation and amortization in the accompanying 2010 consolidated statement of operations. There was no carrying value for capitalized patents as of December 31, 2011 and December 31, 2010.

Note 6 – Intangible Assets
