Exit Activities	Note 3 - Exit Activities In the fourth quarter 2010, we closed our production facility in Canada in conjunction with the completion of the Protexia^® contract. In conjunction with the closure, we recorded an impairment charge of $4.6 million and leaving a remaining value of $1.0 million in Assets Held for Sale at December 31, 2010. We sold these assets in the fourth quarter of 2011 for approximately $1.8 million.

Note 3 - Exit Activities
