On Sept. 20, 2018, FHLBank Topeka sent a message to its members announcing the declaration of a dividend for the quarter ending Sept. 30, 2018. A copy of the message is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
