10. Subsequent Events	10. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 7, 2022 the Company entered into a land contract to purchase a parcel of land in Michigan for $600,000. The Company is required to pay $75,000 down with the remaining $525,000 at an interest rate of 4.57% to be paid in full in 5 years.
