6. Non-controllling Interest	6. NON-CONTROLLLING INTEREST Non-controlling interest in loss of consolidated subsidiaries was $5,295 and $5,669 for three and six months respectively. The loss from non-controlling interest resulted in the legal and early construction expenses related to Blackbox Technologies and Systems Inc.’s commencement of the Michigan growth facility. The Company has a 51% equity interest in Blackbox Technologies and Systems. LLC. Blackbox Technologies and Systems, LLC.

The entire disclosure for tabular information relating to Other Comprehensive Income (OCI) as is applicable to noncontrolling interests. This text block may also include OCI relative to the filing entity, the aforementioned noncontrolling interest OCI, as well as OCI on a consolidated basis.
