Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
During meetings with certain analysts and investors on August 29, 2006, at the MAGIC (Men’s Apparel Guild In California) tradeshow, Volcom, Inc. (“Volcom”) senior management reiterated their belief that fourth quarter 2006 sales to Pacific Sunwear, Volcom’s largest customer, will be approximately flat compared to the fourth quarter of 2005.
