Employee Benefit Plan	(8) Employee Benefit Plan In 2000, the Company established a 401(k) plan. The Company matches the employees' contributions at year end. Employees vest in the Company's contributions based upon their years of service. The Company's expenses relating to matching contributions were approximately $275, $250 and $280 for fiscal 2009, 2010 and 2011, respectively. The 401(k) plan includes a profit sharing component to the plan that provided for a payment to all employees if the Company achieved certain predetermined financial targets. The Company did not record expenses related to profit sharing in fiscal years 2009, 2010 or 2011.
