Product sales resulting from transactions with Banfield, The Pet Hospital (“Banfield”) were approximately 6%of total product sales during each of the three and ninemonths ended June 30,2012 and 2011. Approximately 8%of our trade receivables resulted from transactions with Banfield as of June 30,2012 and September 30, 2011.
