Sales and Purchases of Products with MPM

The Company also sells products to, and purchases products from, MPM. During the three months ended June 30, 2017, the Company sold less that $1 of products to MPM and there were no products sold during the three months ended June 30, 2018. During the six months ended June 30, 2018 and 2017, the Company sold less than $1 of products to MPM. During the three and six months ended June 30, 2018 and 2017, the company earned less that $1 from MPM as compensation for acting as distributor of products.
