Note 25. Subsequent Events

Distribution to Common Unitholders—On February 14, 2020, the Partnership paid a cash distribution of approximately $18.3 million to its common unitholders of record as of the close of business on February 10, 2020.

Distribution to Preferred Unitholders—On February 18, 2020, the Partnership paid a cash distribution of approximately $1.7 million to holders of its Series A Preferred Units of record as of the opening of business on February 3, 2020.
