Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On January 2, 2020, the Company granted 340,000 restricted shares as a company-wide grant under the 2016 Plan. The fair value of the grant based on the closing share price on January 2, 2020 was $1.6 million. The shares will vest in equal installments over a three year term. Additionally, the Company granted 28,262 shares to its Board of Directors on January 2, 2020. The fair value of the grant based on the closing share price on January 2, 2020 was $0.1 million. The shares vested immediately.
