Going Concern

Note 9. Going Concern

Although our audited financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022 were prepared under the assumption that we would continue our operations as a going concern, the report of our independent registered public accounting firm that accompanies our financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2023 and December 31, 2022 contains a going concern qualification in which such firm expressed substantial doubt in our ability to continue as a going concern without additional capital from becoming available, based on the financial statements at that time. Specifically, as noted above, we have incurred an operating loss this year and have negative working capital. The company is currently negotiating with investors who could provide financing which would cure our working capital requirements. Our financial statements do not include any adjustments that may result from the outcome of this uncertainty. If we are unable to generate additional funds in the future through financings, sales of our products, or from other sources or transactions, we could exhaust our resources and might be unable to continue operations.
