Related Party Transactions	13. Related Party Transactions We own a 50% equity investment in a SBC manufacturing joint venture in Kashima, Japan. Our due to related party liability on the condensed consolidated balance sheet is related to this joint venture and the purchases from the joint venture amounted to $6.8 million and $10.1 million for the three months ended June 30, 2014 and 2013, respectively, and $20.6 million and $22.7 million for the six months ended June 30, 2014 and 2013, respectively.
