Restructuring Charges	Restructuring Charges During the three months ended March 31, 2017, we announced plans to stop producing USBC product grades in Paulinia, Brazil, and streamline production for producing Cariflex^TMpolyisoprene latex. We recorded $1.0 million of severance, all of which was paid during the three months ended March 31, 2017 and which was primarily recorded in cost of goods sold.
