New Accounting Pronouncements Adoption of Accounting Standards We have implemented all new accounting pronouncements that are in effect and that management believes would materially impact our financial statements. Management does not believe that there are any other new accounting pronouncements that have been issued that may have a material impact on our financial position or results of operations.
