Other Events

On April 6, 2020, TreeHouse Foods, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its 2020 annual meeting of stockholders to be held on April 30, 2020, will be held solely by means of remote communication in light of the public health threat posed by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

The foregoing is qualified by reference to the press release that is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, which is incorporated herein by reference.
