Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 9, 2008, Black Gaming, LLC held a conference call regarding its financial results for the three months and the year ended December 31, 2007 and other financial information. A copy of the transcript of the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
