5. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS AND AMOUNTS DUE

In addition to transactions with related parties discussed elsewhere in these financial statements, the following transactions occurred with related parties.

At June 30, 2024, the Company had amounts due to related parties of $115,459, with no specific terms of repayment, due to the Company’s majority shareholder, with no accrued interest payable.
