Subsequent Events [Text Block]	12. Subsequent Events On March 9, 2012, CBLI entered into an amendment to its property lease agreement for its property located at 73 High Street Buffalo, NY. The terms of the lease remained substantially the same with the exception of extending the lease term through June 2019 with a rent increase of 3% per year.
