Goodwill and Intangible Assets	Goodwill and Intangible Assets Goodwill decreased $9 million within the automotive segment from $253 million as of December 31, 2023 to $244 million as of December 31, 2024. There were no accumulated impairment losses as of December 31, 2024 and 2023. The net carrying value of our intangible assets decreased from $178 million as of December 31, 2023 to $150 million as of December 31, 2024 mainly from amortization.
