Organization and Business Citi Trends, Inc. and its subsidiary (the “Company”) is a leading off-price value retailer of apparel, accessories and home trends primarily for African American families in the United States. As of February 1, 2025, the Company operated 591 stores in urban, suburban and rural markets in 33 states.
