Options	Note 22 - Options On February 16, 2021, the Company cancelled all the Series A Preferred shares and offered holders of Series A Preferred shares option agreements to purchase up to 300,000 shares of CZJ License, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company at an option price of $10 per share. The option agreements are exercisable for a period of one year from the date of issuance. As of September 30, 2021, no options were exercised.

Note 22 - Options
