ITEM 5.02 DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS.

 

On March 27, 2006, Craig Massey, Jay Merkle, and Eric Merkle resigned as members of the Board of Directors of the Company. These resignations are not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. In accordance with their resignations each of these individuals returned their 25,000 shares of the Company’s common stock to treasury.
