The options vest in three equal annual installments beginning on May 18, 2011 and have an exercise price of $52.47 per share, which was the closing share price of our common stock on the date of grant. In addition, on May 18, 2010, we granted 121,799 shares of restricted stock at a fair value of $52.47 per share. Holders of restricted stock have all rights of a holder of common stock of ITC Holdings, including dividend and voting rights. The restricted stock becomes vested three years after the grant date.
