Employee Benefit Plan	14. EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLAN The Company maintains a voluntary defined contribution plan covering all eligible employees. Eligible employees may elect to defer and contribute a percentage of their compensation to the plan, not to exceed the dollar amount set by law. During fiscal 2011 and fiscal 2010, the Company matched employees' contributions on a discretionary basis, resulting in a contribution of $0.1 million. In prior years, the Company matched 100% of the first 3%, and 50% for the 4% and 5% of an employees' contributions resulting in contribution for fiscal 2009 of $0.8 million.
