The original Form 4, filed with the SEC on behalf of the reporting person on February 19, 2013, erroneously overstated the number of shares of common stock withheld by the Company to satisfy tax withholding obligations in connection with the vesting of restricted stock and restricted stock units and did not reflect the number of shares sold by the reporting person to the Company to cover the tax withholding in excess of the federal required rate in accordance with the 2008 Stock Incentive Plan.
