Private Placement/Equity

On May 5, 2014, the Company closed a private placement of 1.0 million sharesof the Company’s common stock, par value $0.01 per share (the “Shares”), at a purchase price of $2.00 per share for an aggregate purchase price of $2 million for the Shares.

The investors in the offering included John Pappajohn, Mark C. Oman and Matt Kinley, who are each directors of the Company, as well as certain other non-affiliated investors.
