11. Segment Reporting

The Company operates in one reportable segment related to the design, development and sale of network communication integrated circuits. The Company’s chief operating decision-maker (“CODM”) is its Chief Executive Officer, who reviews operating results on an aggregate basis and manages the Company’s operations as a whole for the purpose of evaluating financial performance and allocating resources. Substantially all of the Company’s long-lived assets were attributable to operations in the United States as of September 30, 2018 and December 31, 2017.
