Prepaid Account	*Prepaid account* Prepaid account represents the payments made and recorded in advance for goods and services received. The Company makes advances for raw materials purchased from certain domestic vendors. In order to maintain a long-term relationship with the vendors, the Company frequently needs to make advances from one and one-half months to three months ahead. The prepaid account was $3,181,292 as of November 30, 2012 and $2,389,547 as of May 31, 2012.

Tabular disclosure of the amounts paid in advance for capitalized costs that will be expensed with the passage of time or the occurrence of a triggering event, and will be charged against earnings within one year or the normal operating cycle, if longer; the aggregate carrying amount of current assets, not separately presented elsewhere in the balance sheet; and other deferred costs.
