Basis of Presentation	*Basis of presentation* The consolidated financial statements of the Company are prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“US GAAP”). The financial statements reflect the financial position of the Company and its subsidiary, Changzhou Huayue Electronic Co., Ltd., as of November 30, 2012 and May 31, 2012 and the results of operations and cash flows of the Company and its subsidiary, Changzhou Huayue Electronic Co., Ltd., for the three months and six months ended November 30, 2012 and 2011.
