Fair Value Measurements Fair Value MeasurementsThe carrying values of the Company’s financial instruments, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, approximate their fair values due to the short period of time to maturity or repayment. The carrying values of the Company’s long-term debt approximate their fair values as of January 2, 2021 and October 3, 2020 as the debt carries a variable rate or market rates that approximate those currently available to the Company.
