DISTRIBUTIONS PAYABLE	DISTRIBUTIONS PAYABLE On December 14, 2012, our board of directors declared for the fourth quarter of 2012 a gross dividend in the amount of $0.10 per share to holders of each class of our common stock of record as of December 28, 2012. The dividend will be paid on March 28, 2013. Class E stockholders will receive $0.10 per share. Class A and Class M stockholders will receive $0.10 per share less applicable class-specific fees.
