Related Party Transactions	Both Protection Cost, Inc. and Apollo Media Network, Inc. were owned and managed by individuals who were either part of management or on the board of directors of the Company. At August 31, 2015 Mr. Kimerer resigned from the board and from the management of Sibannac, Inc. as part of the acquisition of Apollo.
