401(k) Savings Plan	14. 401(k) Savings Plan The Company maintains a defined contribution savings plan covering all eligible U.S. employees under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. Company contributions to the plan may be made at the discretion of the Board. As of December 31, 2014, the Company has made $199,000 in contributions to the plan.
