Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions In March 2010, we sold TravelPost, a website that was acquired in 2007, to a corporation affiliated with certain members of our board of directors. In connection with the sale, we entered into a commercial agreement pursuant to which we granted the new company a three-year license to reproduce and publicly display hotel reviews and hotel related information in exchange for a monthly license fee of $50 for the term of the license. In May 2011, the commercial agreement was amended to lower the monthly license fee to $10 in exchange for 1,000,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock in TravelPost. No value was attributed to the stock.
