Subsequent Events	15. SUBSEQUENT EVENT On February 17, 2016, the Company entered into an Agreement for Supply of Materials and Terms of Materials Transfer with Novartis Pharma AG, or Novartis. Under the terms of this agreement, Novartis will provide investigational materials to the Company to be studied in combination with the Company’s CVC in preclinical studies. The Company is responsible for the conduct of the study with all expenses associated with the study to be reimbursed by Novartis, as incurred.
