5.	Notes Payable
	(a)	On February 19, 2013, the Company issued a promissory note for $8,000 to a non-related party which is non-interest bearing, unsecured, and due on demand.
	(b)	On February 20, 2013, the Company issued a promissory note for $20,000 to a non-related party which is non-interest bearing, unsecured, and due on demand.
	(c)	As at March 31, 2013, the Company had received loan proceeds of $7,500. Refer to Note 12.
