Subsequent Events	NOTE 11 – Subsequent Events On February 20, 2020 the Company issued 1,072 restricted shares of common stock at $1.2495 per share based on the closing price of the Company's shares on February 20, 2020. The issuance was for product payment of the Company's "BioEclipse" Supplement and was record as stock payable in the amount of $1,339* *Adjustments to stock issuance accounts the one-for-five (1-for-5) reverse stock-split which became effective on February 28, 2020, all fractional share amounts after split round upwardly to next whole share; price per share adjusted based on the one-for-five (1-for-5) reverse split of common shares.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
