Amortization expense for the three and six months ended June 30, 2022 and 2021 was $2,371, $3,974, $1,403 and $1,683, respectively.

(1) As of December 31, 2021, the Company included the maintenance cost of an APP platform amounting to approximately $16,000 (RMB100,000) as the intangible assets acquired by the Company. The Company transferred that cost to administrative expenses during the three months ended June 30, 2022 due to its nature.
