COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES

16. COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES

Commitment consist of a non-cancelable consultancy service agreement entered into with a third-party for the provision of services related to the US listing with a contract sum of $1,200,000. The outstanding committed contract amount is $120,000. The terms of the agreement are for various milestones stages to be completed within two years through 2021 which has extended to 2022. Future commitments within one year as of December 31, 2021 was $120,000. No future commitments more than one year as of December 31, 2021.

Except the above commitments and the operating lease commitment as disclosed at Note 6, there are no material commitments.
