RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	*NOTE 20 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS* Effective August 1, 2018, the Company entered into a month-to-month lease at 1415 Louisiana, Suite 3500 Houston, Texas 77002 with BlackBriar Advisors LLC (“BlackBriar”). Pursuant to the sublease, BlackBriar is providing us, without charge, use of the office space in Houston, Texas. BlackBriar is affiliated with the Company’s former Chief Financial Officer.
