Cole Credit Property Trust II, Inc. announces the acquisition of a property located in Michigan, leased to LDM Technologies, Inc.
On December 15, 2005, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the operating partnership of Cole Credit Property Trust II, Inc. (the “Company”) acquired an approximately 111,881 square foot single-tenant retail office building and, research and development facility on an approximately 14.61 acre site located in Auburn Hills, Michigan, which is 100% leased to LDM Technologies, Inc. (“LDM”). LDM is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Plastech Engineered Products, Inc. (“Plastech”), which guarantees the lease. The initial term of the lease expires on January 31, 2021.
