Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Patent Portfolio Acquisition. On September 30, 2015, we completed an asset purchase of a patent portfolio that fits within our existing patent licensing programs for total consideration of $105.0 million. We are in the process of allocating the purchase price to the acquired assets based upon their estimated fair values as of the date of closing.
