Dividends

On July 26, 2018, our Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.105 per share of common stock, payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 6, 2018 and paid on August 16, 2018. Declaration of future cash dividends is subject to final determination by the Board of Directors each quarter after its review of our financial condition, results of operations, capital requirements, any legal or contractual restrictions on the payment of dividends and other factors the Board of Directors deems relevant.
